Description: Duties include but are not limited to; all aspects of order entry, customer service, general clerical duties, and special projects as requested. This position requires a rapid development of product knowledge, computer skills, and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Job involves using independent judgement.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders.
Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships with all internals and all external customers.
Stay current on issues pertaining to all orders in the ordering process.
Required to analyze information and exercise a high degree of professionalism to insure both the customer needs and the company’s well-being are being met. Furthermore, assumes responsibility for order entry errors, which can be costly. For this reason accuracy, with attention to detail, in a timely manner is a must.
