Description: Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
2. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
3. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
4. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
5. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating new educational opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 18 years of age and above
• At least 2nd year in college
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
* Willing to work night shift
* With 2 years BPO/ Call center experience
