Description: Role & Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the team as a team player;
• Answering incoming calls from individual past or present policy owners, certificate-holders, pended applicants, employers, distributors and other parties;
• Authenticating the identity of the caller, researching the applicable customer records in order to respond to the caller's question or requests; and
• Inputting any information and commands necessary to fulfill simple requests, documenting the call content
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be computer literate and able to type at least 25 wpm (words per minute).
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proficient with the use of the English language.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Amenable to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays, and/or weekends.
• Amenable to work in Makati.
