CONTRA COSTA ELECTRIC, INC. has a position available as a
Project Administrative Assistant to support Project Management
and/or Contract Administration in the Martinez office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --
This position provides the support activities for office and field project
administration, time and record keeping, document control, cost
accounting and billing, typing, ten-key, filing, scanning, e-mailing,
and internal customer service for the company and other duties as
required.
This position requires the flexibility to work within other departments
of the Company in the Martinez office as well as working directly on
project work sites as needed.
