Description: Responsibilities
Assist in preconstruction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling and estimating
Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion
Interpret drawings and specifications
Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams and subs
Track job progress and costs
Complete daily reports and safety inspections
Submit all documentation as required
Manage all punch list items. Ensure that all outstanding items are completed on time
Demonstrate positive and courteous interpersonal skills in all work environments
Provide general estimates for construction materials
Qualifications
High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Min. 10 yrs experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
Excellent communication skills.
First Aid/CPR certification required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must complete 30h OSHA training.
