Description: Process all monthly billing on AIA documents using a variety of methods including excel, lotus and web based billing software , process related waivers, supplier waivers, process related invoices to the A/R on Quick Books. Manage A/R entries to ensure accuracy, follow up on receipt of payments from clients as due. Support semi annual financial reporting of contracts in process, pending and backlog. Interact with other departments to address compliance concerns including insurance documentation, tax standing information and all related to billing and payment requirements.
