Description: Responsibilities
• Comprehend blueprint readings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
• Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass and/or drywall
• Utilize carpentry tools and erect structures
• Join materials with nails, screws, staples and adhesives
• Check completed work units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape and location
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• May perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years carpentry experience in all phases of commercial construction
• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Work Conditions
• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather condit
