|Position: Bakery Production|
Description: Performs a variety of operational functions by either operating a machine or by handling the product itself during the processing of raw materials into food products. Turning on equipment if operating a machine and turning off a machine while not attended.
•Switches positions and may be required to work other positions within the Production facility as needed. Occasional product runs require individual to remain on one job for entire shift.
•Sets up equipment as needed.
•Maintains a clean and organized production and warehouse area.
•Pushes dough cart 50 yards approximately 20 times per day.
•Changes positions within the department every two (2) hours. May be asked to perform duties not associated with Bakery Production. Might be assigned to a special project or off line production run.
•Maintains quality and quantity standards.
•May be required to work in excess of ten (10) hours a day or extra days if production warrants. Must be flexible as
