Description: INCUBATOR HOUSES SEARCH FOR A BOOKKEEPER
Our client is a small Real Estate Agency in Los Altos which is managing house sharing of actual four houses in the Bay Area.
Incubator Houses is looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper to hire. In that position the tasks would be to handle the Incubator Houses books, including collecting rent, taking care of paying bills which would refer to utilities, service providers, rent etc. Further jobs would be to prepare a monthly P&L and to help to implement accounting best practices systems.
The work schedule is flexible.
Must provide references.
