Description: Responsibilities
• Daily receipt application, manual invoicing and debit/credit memo creation.
• Conduct account research and analysis, and make collection calls via telephone.
• Prepare and maintain various reports related to A/R.
• Maintain an accurate aging report, and share weekly with CEO.
• Identify and execute necessary process adjustments to ensure that all monies due the corporation are received as quickly as practical.
• Send statements to outstanding customers, and follow up with phone conversations.
• Reconcile A/R to the general ledger.
• Interact with accounts in a professional manner to resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year end closings.
• Maintain records and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Assist with accounts payable and other projects as required.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years A/R and collection experience in a fast-paced environment.
