| Position: 20 HRIS Resource Lead for Metro Manila Site Immediate Need |
Description: Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current HR Processes and scenarios and recommend/ develop solutions and change requests to meet the business need
- Assists in the development of requirements and specifications for successful rollout, interface and configuration of HR systems initiatives (e.g. payroll, time, leave and attendance)
- Performance regression test for global changes, troubleshoot and analyze to solve software issues and map HR requirements, processes and objectives
- Engage Global Support when needed to ensure that incidents/ issues are appropriately resolved
- Participate in Global Business Review Meetings (BRM) and maintain relevant application pages on the in-house social platform
- Provide functional expertise, prepare proper training user guide and instruction on the system applications to train HR User, while maintaining a high degree customer satisfaction
- Enhance the efficiency of the HR processes with a strong focus on maintaining high Data Quality
