Description: Responsibilities
• Assist in preconstruction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling & estimating
• Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to end of project.
• Interpret drawings, details, & specs.
• Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams & subcontractors
• Work with sr mngmnt to track job progress & costs.
• Complete daily reports & safety inspections
• Direct, coordinate, & facilitate meetings for owners, subcontractors, architects & local authorities
• Manage all punch list items.
• Demonstrate positive & courteous interpersonal skills.
• Provide general estimates for construction materials
Qualifications
• HS diploma required. Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 yrs work experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• First Aid/CPR cert. required.
• Valid driver license.
• 30h OSHA training.
• Fluency with Microsoft Exce
